We do offer a 30 day money back guarantee as a safe guard for you, on any product that is delivered faulty, wrongly described or different from a sample shown. Please understand that we do not refund if you simply change your mind and to comply with health department regulations you may not return any pillows, toppers or mattresses for any other reason other that they are faulty.

Any requests for refunds, product replacement or product repairs should be made to us within a reasonable time of discovering the fault, not more than 30 days. You should stop using any faulty products immediately and provide us with full details of the fault in writing. You may choose between a refund of the product purchase price, product replacement or product repair.

Warranty Policy:

All products are warranted directly by the manufacturer. The manufactures structural warranty is for 5 years on all memory foam mattresses, toppers and pillows.

Conditions:

The owner must show proof of purchase.

This guarantee only applies providing the product had been used in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations.

The product has been used under recommendation of the manufacturer and all reasonable care taken, in agreement with the company.

Does not cover damage, malfunction or failure resulting from misuse, neglect, abuse or use other than that for which it was designed.

No repairs, alterations or modifications have been attempted, other than by an authorized service agent, dealer or company.

No additional liability is taken pursuant to this guarantee for the cost of travel or transport of the product or parts to or from the service agent, dealer or company.

Goods and Services Tax:

NO VAT is charged on orders billed and shipped within the United Kingdom.

Backorders:

In the rare instance that an item is on back order after you have placed an order with us, we will notify you within 48 hours of the order and find the best resolution for the order.

Shipping:

Orders are normally shipped from our warehouses within 2 business days from the time your order is received and funds are cleared.
